Job summary

MissionCare at Bennington is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility, joining a growing organization that delivers exceptional care and a positive work environment.

This role offers a fast and simple application process, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for eligible status-hour positions, plus quarterly pay rate increases and a retention bonus. A long-distance commuter stipend may be available as well.

Qualifications

• State of Vermont nursing license, required (Reimbursement for out-of-state transfer available)
• Proficiency in English, required
• Previous LPN experience is preferred, but not required
• Weekend and Holiday Pick-Up Shift bonuses
