Bedford Hills Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Bedford, NH. We offer full-time day shifts and per-diem night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with a $6,500 sign-on for full-time and $3,250 for part-time.

New ownership is driving enhanced care and growth, with weekend night options and competitive compensation up to $47.40/hour based on shift and experience. Responsibilities include night and weekend care, medication administration, documentation, and resident

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• On Call Rotation Every 14 Weeks
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents during night and weekend shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.
