Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum 6 months experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist residents.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RNs and facility leadership.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor resident health, observe changes, and report to appropriate staff.
• Document care accurately in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and staff meetings.
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state regulations.
• Uphold a professional and compassionate approach to resident care.
