You will conduct assessments, document findings, administer medications, lead CNAs, manage discharges, and respond to emergencies while upholding facility protocols.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license and value patient care, teamwork, and reliability.

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician/guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
