Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our care team. This role emphasizes empathy, patient-centered care, and leadership within the facility to support residents and staff.

You’ll perform assessments, admit and discharge duties, provide wound care, and respond to emergencies while guiding CNAs and CMTs in accordance with facility protocols. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
