Job summary

The Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time roles. Shifts run 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with an all-inclusive hourly range of $30.00–$34.00 based on experience and incentives.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards and plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per plan.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per instructions and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available!

SHIFTS: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM Hourly Range: $30.00 – $34.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift differential:

• $1 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekdays
• $3 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekends

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
