Sunrise Senior Living in Arlington, VA is seeking a Wellness Nurse LPN to monitor resident health, oversee medication processes, and maintain clinical quality across the community.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• 1+ year of experience in senior care or a clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition assessments.
• Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends.
• Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns.
• Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation.
• Complete medication audits and oversee medication compliance.
• Partner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director.
• Support infection control and regulatory standards.
• Educate and guide care staff on documentation and medication practices.

Pay Range

33.30 - 44.50
