Responsibilities

• Provide and document medication administration including oral, topical, intramuscular, and intravenous as allowed by policy.
• Monitor and report patient condition changes to RN/MD.
• Assist in orientation and training of less experienced staff.
• Maintain patient care standards and privacy.
• Respond to emergencies and use appropriate resuscitation procedures when needed.
