Qualifications

• Current NJ license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• Experience with Med pass, Encore, and Dressing change.
• Good interpersonal skills and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Collects data from patients and records on Initial Data Base form.
• Gives direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Communicates effectively with the charge nurse and healthcare team.
