You will evaluate patients, participate in nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications per physician orders, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure safe, compassionate care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required by practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Education
