Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document findings.

The role requires an active LPN license with at least one year of facility-based experience and current BLS/CPR. Pay is competitive at $37–$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay and flexible scheduling to fit local needs.

Qualifications
