Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer meds, document patient information, and educate patients.

We require an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, CPR/BLS, and a recent PPD. Flexible scheduling and full-time hours are available with local staffing support during extended hours.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Recent PPD test within the last year is required.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
