Consumer Directed Services Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document findings, and support daily patient needs.

The role offers flexible per diem scheduling, with a competitive pay rate of $37-$39 per hour, same-day or next-day pay, and a supportive local staffing team. Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience and BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and recent PPD test.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation.
