Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions with rates starting at $27/hour. We are offering a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid throughout the first year of employment.

Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive range of community-based health and social services across western Pennsylvania, including LIFE, skilled nursing, home health, personal care, adoption & foster care, assisted living, adult day services, memory care, hospice, palliative care, residential living, affordable housing, home safety monitoring, Meals on Wheels, rehabilitation services, and private duty care.

As part of the VNA Home Health team, you will deliver home health services in Armstrong, Butler, and surrounding counties, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives while enjoying a positive work culture, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to build personal relationships with those we serve.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of PA.
• Dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license to visit patients in their homes independently.
