OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a care team delivering hands-on patient care in home health settings. The role emphasizes using AI-supported technology to streamline documentation, freeing time for patient interactions.

You will assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring, while ensuring clear, accurate notes. A valid LVN license and 1 year of relevant experience are required; BLS is preferred within 30 days.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• 1 year of clinical experience in hospital, nursing facility, home health, or terminally ill care.
• Active LPN license in state(s) of employment.
• BLS certification preferred within 30 days of hire.
