OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the care team providing hands-on patient care. You will use AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation, allowing more time for direct patient interaction and high-quality care in the home health setting.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN program and 1 year of relevant experience.

Education And/or Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
• Preferred within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
