Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Per diem LPNs earn $37-$39 per hour with weekly pay, same-day or next-day pay options, and a hiring bonus after completing 2 shifts.

We offer flexible scheduling and local staffing coordinators available 5 AM-11:30 PM to support you. Local applicants only; FCN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and PPD within last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
