First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team serving the Hampton Roads area. Earn $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options, and enjoy per diem flexibility for local shifts.

We welcome active LPNs with at least one year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the role. PPD within the last year is required, with local staffing coordinators available to support you.

• PPD within the last year.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
