Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Per Diem shifts across Hampton Roads.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• PPD within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
