Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time at Centers Health Care

University Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY.

Now Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

The base rate is $31.94 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collect required information from new residents for admission.
• Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
