Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time

Centers Health Care is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts at Amsterdam Nursing Home, a skilled nursing facility located in the heart of New York City.

Compensation:

• Base rate is $35.38 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.
• Non-Union rate is $45 per hour.
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting information from new residents for admission.
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
