Job summary

Evergreen Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing and rehabilitation team. The role offers new increased wages of $30.00–$40.25 per hour and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual schedules.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you will assess, implement, and evaluate the care plan for a group of residents. We value compassionate, resident-centered care and provide hands-on training and ongoing support for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred; new grads welcome with training.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Good communication and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you will care for a group of residents during a shift.
