The LPN will work under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, providing nursing care through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of residents’ plans of care. Responsibilities include managing the environment for safety, supervising nursing assistants, and adhering to all policies and procedures, following the State Nurse Practice Act.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed in the State as an LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law
• Positive, effective communication with residents, families, and staff
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with company applications
