As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, providing nursing care, coordinating and evaluating care plans, and ensuring resident safety. You will also supervise nursing assistants and adhere to all policies and procedures as per the State Nurse Practice Act.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed in the State as an LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements by law
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff
• Basic computer skills and English proficiency
