Job Opportunities at Lancaster and Rochester East Health Services

We are currently hiring for various positions across multiple shifts at our facilities in Lancaster, WI, Prairie du Chien, WI, Byron, MN, and Rochester, MN. Please see the specific roles below:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility, Lancaster, WI
   Wages up to $49.25 per hour, based on shift experience. We are seeking PM and NOC shift RNs.
2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rochester East Health Services, Byron and Rochester, MN
   Wages up to $35 per hour, based on shift and experience. Shift differentials: $.75 (PM), $1 (NOC).
3. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Rochester East Health Services, Rochester, MN
   Wages up to $25 per hour, based on shift and experience. Shift differentials: $1.50 (PM), $2.00 (NOC).
4. Unit Manager / ADON - Lancaster, WI
   Hourly wage starting at $48, based on experience. M-F first shift, includes on-call responsibilities.
