Southern Health Partners, Inc. seeks a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift at Surry County Jail, NC. You will provide essential clinical care in a structured, secure environment and participate in a multidisciplinary team focused on patient safety and quality care.

You’ll administer medications, perform assessments, document carefully, and support sick calls and chronic care management while upholding professional autonomy and compassionate patient care.

Formación

• Active LPN license in North Carolina.
• Experience in nursing care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow protocols and document accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
