Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Surry County Jail in North Carolina.

You’ll provide essential nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting, administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with the medical team. The position offers a night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating full-time schedule, with shift differential and sign-on/retention bonuses.

Formación

• Must hold a valid LPN license and provide compassionate care in a correctional setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions for changes requiring intervention.
• Assist with sick calls, chronic care management, and other patient healthcare needs.
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies according to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote patient safety and continuity of care.
• Follow established clinical protocols, facility procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
