Qualifications
- Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania
- If you have an active temporary practice permit, you must obtain licensure as an LPN within 1 year
- PA residency requirement is waived for this title
- You must show proof of current PA temporary practice permit or PA LPN license at appointment
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
Responsibilities
- Monitor health and report changes in physical condition and behavior
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per policy
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, provider rounds, and specimen collection
- Coordinate care by communicating with team members
- Follow individual health plans and support personal care routines
- Participate in emergency responses and maintain required training
