Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Selinsgrove Center, invites qualified candidates to join as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This role delivers practical nursing care to residents, monitors health, administers medications, and supports clinical staff in delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Working 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM on a full-time basis, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, follow health plans, and participate in safety trainings.

Qualifications

• Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• If holding a temporary practice permit, licensure as LPN within one year.
• PA residency requirement is waived for this title.

Responsibilities

• Health Monitoring: observe and report changes in physical condition and behavior.
• Medication Administration: administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Clinical Support: assist with diagnostic procedures, rounds, and specimen collection.
• Care Coordination: communicate with team members to support continuity of care.
• Program Implementation: follow health plans and support personal care routines.
• Safety Practices: participate in emergency responses and training.
