Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System in Lillington, NC, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care under supervision of the office manager or physician. The role includes direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with clinic staff.

The LPN must hold current North Carolina licensure (or compact state) and have strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and participate in developing the plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care.
• Follow the patient plan of care during direct nursing care.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe environment and respond to life-threatening situations when needed.
• Participate in cost containment and HIP-related activities.
• Attend to customer satisfaction and clinic throughput.
