Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under supervision of the office manager or physician in a clinic setting. You will participate in patient assessments, support the plan of care, administer medications, maintain documentation, and ensure a safe, compliant clinical environment.

LPN licensure in NC is required. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to HIP initiatives while supporting cost

Responsibilities

• Participates in patient assessments and plans of care.
