We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!

As an LPN, you will work under the general supervision of the Community's Director of Nursing to:

1. Provide care to patients in accordance with their care plans, which may require conferences with physicians, patients, family members, and other staff involved in patient care.
2. Communicate with patients and families regarding education and progress.
3. Review and maintain all clinical records necessary for patient care and progress.
4. Review weekly reports to ensure compliance with all State and Federal requirements, including bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety.
