Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (Float) to perform nursing functions under the direction of a registered nurse in Jacksonville, FL. You will follow care plans, document care, administer medications, and support acutely ill rehab patients across float assignments at Bartram Crossing and University Crossing.

Requirements include an active Florida LPN license, 1 year of acute/post-acute inpatient experience, IV certification, and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of acute or post-acute inpatient hospital experience.
• IV Certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Orientation/training Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Documents observations and care in accordance with company policies.
• Administers medications and basic nursing care.
• Assists RN in patient care and support.
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges patients.
