Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Jacksonville, FL to perform nursing functions under RN direction. You will administer meds, observe patients, document care, and assist with care planning across Bartram Crossing and University Crossing locations.

Requirements include Florida LPN license, 1 year of acute/post-acute care experience, IV certification, and CPR/BLS. Training occurs Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Evening and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute or post-acute inpatient care.
• IV Certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Attend Training/Orientation Mon–Thu, 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Documents observations and care per company policies and procedures.
• Administers medications and basic nursing care measures.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges patients.
• Assists RN with physical and emotional patient support.
• Takes and records vital signs (temp, pulse, resp, BP).
• Provides for dietary and fluid needs and tracks intake/output.
