Summit Corners in Macedonia, Ohio, part of Sonida Senior Living, is seeking an LPN to join our assisted living and memory care team. You will oversee nursing assistants, administer medications as prescribed, and report shift activities to ensure high-quality resident care.

Applicants must be licensed as an LPN with at least 1 year of experience. We offer competitive wages, health benefits, 401(k), training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive community.

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Administer all medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations about the shift activities.
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment; report needs.
• Place calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions.
• Pull and prepare patient charts; perform general office duties.

LPN Responsibilities Include

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the Assisted Living Facility
• Administer all medications as ordered by the physician
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of residents. Report needs to the nursing supervisor
• Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions
• Pulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as required
