Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at Laurel Crest Retirement. You will follow individualized care plans, perform rounds, and ensure safety and comfort for our residents in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• South Carolina LPN license required.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans.
• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs.

What You'll Do as LPN:

• Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Current CPR certification
