Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring and mobility support.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform procedures such as injections, venipuncture, and ECGs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the care team.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other professionals for coordinated care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure satisfaction.
