State of North Carolina’s Caswell Developmental Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to perform routine nursing duties under RN supervision. You will participate in assessments, provide personal care, monitor vital signs, and support treatment plans.

The role involves administering medications, dressing changes, and patient care activities on rotating day/evening shifts. A sign-on bonus may be offered to eligible applicants as budget allows.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed practical nurse (LPN) in North Carolina.
• Working knowledge of nursing techniques, procedures, theory and practices, sanitation and safety.
• Skill in administering medications and observing patients.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine nursing assessments and provide personal care.
• Take routine vital signs and collect specimens.
• Change dressings and deliver breathing treatments.
• Administer routine medications and assist RN/Physician as needed.
• Stock supplies and support care planning.
