Job summary

Caswell Developmental Center, a facility within the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (S) to provide care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include assessments, vital signs, and medication administration in rotating day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine duties of a practical nurse under supervision of RN or Nurse Supervisor.
• Participate in nursing assessments and provide personal care.
• Take routine vital signs and collect specimens as directed.
• Administer routine medications and assist RN/Physician as needed.
