Job summary

Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking experienced LPN team members to join our skilled nursing facility on a full-time or part-time basis.

Ideal candidates will have valid NY State LPN license, strong teamwork, and excellent communication, and will perform duties such as medication administration, vital signs, wound care, and assisting residents with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from residents for admission; gather medical and insurance details.
• Record health data including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as required.
• Possibly supervise CNAs.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' food and fluid intake and output.
