Qualifications

• Level II requires one year of practical nursing experience.
• On-site positions and shift flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing procedures or specialized functions per knowledge and licensure.
• Evaluates responses to interventions and adjusts care plans.
• Teaches basic nursing skills and related principles.
• Delegates nursing tasks such as vitals, enemas, specimen collection, intake/output.
• Assesses and records health status of patients and families.
• Develops and implements plan of care and administers medications as ordered.
• Reports patient information to supervisor or health team member.
• Acts as Charge Nurse supervising medication administration and patient care.
