Responsibilities

• Follow facility policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Report changes in resident conditions to supervising staff and document care.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and daily activities including hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Administer routine nursing procedures and treatments as directed by the supervisor.
• Complete charting, forms, and required records accurately and timely.
