Responsibilities

• Medication & Treatment Administration – Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility policies.
• Patient Monitoring & Reporting – Observe residents’ conditions, document care accurately, and promptly report changes to the Nursing Supervisor and/or Physician.
• Shift Handover & Communication – Provide clear and thorough resident status updates to oncoming shifts, supervisors, and nursing staff.
• Physician Order Execution – Properly transcribe and carry out physician orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Infection Control & Safety – Follow all infection control procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
• Inventory Management – Assist in monitoring and maintaining supplies, medications, and medical equipment.
• Quality Improvement – Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient care and facility Operations.
• Resident Care & Comfort – Provide compassionate nursing care that prioritizes both the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
• Clinical Rounds & Problem-Solving – Conduct routine rounds to observe residents, address concerns, and implement effective solutions.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration – Effectively communicate and coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
• Customer Service & Resident Rights – Uphold a high standard of service while respecting resident rights and maintaining confidentiality.
