Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a nursing professional to provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The role includes assessing patient well-being, administering medications, and documenting encounters to guide treatment decisions.
The ideal candidate will hold active BLS and LPN licensure, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and be prepared to educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up.
Provides patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, operating within licensed scope.
Assesses patient well-being, administers medications, monitors for adverse reactions, performs lab tests and therapeutic services, and educates patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, resources, and follow-up. Documents provider encounters, transcribes orders, completes charts with lab and imaging results, and ensures data is available for treatment decisions. Maintains a safe, alert environment and performs additional duties as assigned.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent, with no prior experience required. Must hold active BLS and LPN licensure (state-specific requirements apply).
Strong communication skills, ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive movements, and utilize vision, hearing, and smell for patient care. Occasional patient mobility and driving may be required.
