Position Overview

Boro Park Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Shifts Available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem.
Compensation: Base rate of $35.38 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities

• Collecting required information from new Residents during admission.
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
• Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN State license in good standing with the State Registry.
