Licensed Practical Nurse Care Manager / Case Management (LPN)

Position Overview

Amsterdam Nursing Home is actively hiring LPN Team Members for all shifts at our Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City. The base rate is $35.38, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Non-Union rate is $45/hr. We have recently increased our rates and offer a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions. We welcome new graduates and are now hiring directly into the union.

Responsibilities

• Collecting required information from new Residents for admission
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required
• Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output

Requirements

• Valid NY State LPN license in good standing with the State Registry
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
