Job summary

Garden Terrace Alzheimer‘s Center of Excellence (Aurora) in Idaho Falls is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state and maintain it.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or within orientation and kept current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patients' condition.
• Assign duties to CNAs and provide instruction on a daily basis.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and ensure quality nursing care.
