Job summary

Villa at Silverbell Estates is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN responsibilities include providing licensed care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate documentation for residents.

This role requires collaboration with physicians and supervision of CNAs to ensure safety and quality care. Qualified candidates hold an active IL LPN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN license in the state of Illinois.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to follow physician orders and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents as ordered by the physician.
• Record and report vital signs and clinical observations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary care area.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure care is delivered per standards.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
