What You’ll Do:

  • Administer psychotropic medications, monitor symptoms, and document health changes.
  • Collaborate with the team in developing individualized care plans and participate in daily team meetings.
  • Provide on-call crisis intervention services as part of a rotating schedule.
  • Document interactions and care in Welligent EMR.

Qualifications:

  • An active, unrestricted LPN nursing license to practice in NC
  • Prior mental health experience – preferred
  • Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver’s license.

  • Hourly Salary: $49,000 to $65,000/year | $23.56 – $31.25/hour based on experience
