Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care across two Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with caregivers and leaders to ensure safe, compassionate service.

The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, across Vadnais Heights and North St. Paul, within a supportive team dedicated to dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

Position Overview

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred (not Required)

• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience
